My first trip to the Himalayas was in 2002. This was a connection with a profound, immense and beautiful nature. The Himalaya Mountains, the open spaces, the vibration, the pure ancient energy, transformed into a feeling so deep that it feelt like Heaven in my Heart. A dream seed was planted, which now has grown into a adventurous ”Once in a Life time Journey”. Join me to face and meet your own peace of heaven in the Himalaya.

TOST YOGA´s business partner Mr. Manoj is top professional. He has more than 36 years of experience with handling international groups and travelling safely in Mountains. I have joined Manoj on my own personal trips 3 times into the Himalaya.

Kedarnath Shiva Tempel first constructed about 5000 years ago. You will go with Helicopter between mountains entering this beautiful place which is filled with magic and divine powerful energy. In the open air tempel we will recieve Pooja blessings.
