Saturday 6. September was a sunny day to begin my first IAAWY Autumn Workshop “Gong For Your Heart”. In happy collaboration with my talented and wonderful colleque Birgitte playing the Gong, this day was filled with amazing, heartful and joyful energies. Her Gong made great support and profound transforming vibrant energies to the powerful and deep Kriya For Your Heart Center. Many thanks to all you people attending – You all made this day very, very special…WOW!!
Workshop was combined with strong warm-ups to open up the Heart area and prepare for the Kriya. The Kriya is on of my favorites and the set attracts opportunities and opens up your Heart Center to attract prosperity. Prosperity means many things – friendships, connections, love, money, jobs, new appartment etc. Final, the most beautiful Healing meditation Ra Ma Da Sa in one big circle of uniting in connectness, healing and full bliss.
Affirmation to attract opportunities you mentally repeat inside your self:
“The more I open myself, the more I can attract. I don´t need to struggle: I have the ability to attract opportunities.”
Start realizing that opportunities and prosperity can come in different forms than you previously imagind. Believe that you derserve prosperity and that God loves you!
Happy Statements from Cirsten and Kerstin attending the workshop:
Cirsten: “Thanks!! Mette Tost And Birgitte Hyldgård Nielsen. Amazing workshop!!
Mette you shine and holds the space very quiet and gentle you let us discover our own sacredness in supportive silence. What a radiance you got!!
Birgitte you are a powerful GONG player, what softness and power at the same time you can express. What a joy to experience you and the GONG, you rocks!”
Enjoy Ra Ma Da Sa Healing Meditation – and chant along!
The mantra is a Sushmuna Mantra. It has eight sounds that stimulates the Kundalini to flow in the central channel of the spine and in the chakras, accompanied by metabolic adjustment to the new level of energy in the body, and balances the five zones of the left and right hemispheres of the brain to activate the Neutral Mind.
Raa Maa Daa Saa
Saa Say So Hung
Meaning: Raa=Sun Maa=Moon Daa= Earth Saa= Impersonal infinity
Saa Say = Totality infinity So Hung= I am Thou
If you are many people sit in a circle – this will multiply the effect tremendous, as if you where sitting 100 people or more in a circle.
Posture circle: easypose and place your left hand on top of your heart and your right hand on the heart on the backside of the person next to you. Eyes closed.
Posture single person: Cross and bend your arms over your chest and put your hands
(4 fingers inside your pit and the thumb outside as a lock ) Relax the arms and shoulders. Eyes closed.
Mantra: Chant along from your heart. You inhale deeply then chant the mantra. And then repeat. Pull in the navelpoint powerfully on the sound Hung.
To end: Inhale deeply and hold the breath as you offer a healing prayer, visualizing the person next to you or a person you wish to heal (including yourself), as being healthy, radiant and strong. Imagine the person completely engulfed in healing white light, completely healed. Then exhale and inhale again, hold your breath and offer a prayer again for a person an animal or the earth. Then lift your arms up high and vigorously shake out your hands and fingers.
Time: 11-31 minutes.
I love to use the Ra Ma Da Sa music from Snatam Kaur – this is from her album Grace. For audio go to YouTube and google her. Or if you are a talented musician follow this music notes.
