Saturday 3. October 2015:
You will arive on the 3. October where you can enjoy the beautiful and charming location of Al Limon Ecolodge. People will arrive in different hours so this is just the starting day for you to settle in, chill out and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere, birds, pool and lemon drinks. And the happiness of connecting with new people with same passion and interest in Kundalini Yoga as you. Included in your price is lunch and dinner at your arrival date and breakfast at your departure date. There will be a list you can sign up on for your massage appointment and your 1:1 session with Mette.

Sunday 4. October:
Morning Kundalini Yoga with meditation: at 8.00 – 9.30 o´clock. ( It can be a bit cold in the morning before the sun gets up. So remember warm clothings.)
Breakfast:  9.45 o´clock
Approx 10.45/11.00: introduction to Breath Of Fire.
Personal time: After breakfast and introduction you can enjoy your own time by the pool, reading af book, take a walk along the river located next to the Al Limon Eco lodge. Just chill out and get cosy and mingle in happy interaction. Maybe you want your massage or your 1:1 session with Mette.
Lunch: 14.00 o´clock.
Personal time: After Lunch enjoy life…
Evening Kundalini Yoga and meditation: at 18.00-19.30 o´clock.
Dinner: 20.00 o´clock.
Go to sleep when you need it!

Monday  5. October:
Morning 5 Tibets with Kundalini Yoga meditation: at  8.00 – 9.30 o´clock.
Breakfast:  9.45 o´clock
Approx 10.45/11.00: introduction to Breathwalk.
Personal time: After breakfast and introduction you can enjoy your own personal time by the pool, reading af book, take a walk along the river located next to the Al Limon Eco lodge. Just chill out and get cosy and mingle in happy interaction. Maybe you want your massage or your 1:1 session with Mette.
Lunch: 14.00 o´clock.
Personal time: After Lunch enjoy life…
Evening Kundalini Yoga and meditation: at 18.00-19.30  o´clock.
Dinner: 20.00 o´clock.
Go to sleep when you need it!

Tuesday  6. October – Beach day:
Breakfast:  
7.30 – 8.30 o´clock – We will leave at 9.00 o´clock and drive by car to the Mediterranean Ocean.
Breathwalk – walking meditation by Mediterranean Ocean: 9.00 -10.30/11.00.
After Breathwalk we will drive to a smal beautiful beach area and just relax, chill out, go for a swim, sit on the sand or the raw rocks and view and listen to the wonderful waves.
Picnic Lunch: Approx 13.00. Restaurant is close by and you can buy drinks and use the toilets if needed. Also you can go shopping in the area if you feel for it.
Leaving the Beach to drive home approx 16.30-17.00 o´clock
Evening Kundalini Yoga and meditation: at 18.00-19.30  o´clock.
Dinner: 19.45 o´clock.
Go to sleep when you need it!


Wednesday  7. October:
Morning 5 Tibets with Kundalini Yoga meditation: 
at  8.00 – 9.30 o´clock.
Breakfast:  9.45 o´clock

Friday  9. October – Departure day:
This is the day for our departure. Until you leave for the airport you can enjoy your breakfast and the location. I then wish you a happy and save return into your every day life!

Note: If you want to go try special Spa place in Malaga this can be arranged. Its not included in the price and must be paid by your own money. And we need to be at least 4 people attending. For more insight go to: http://malaga.hammamalandalus.com/ofertas/
At this 2014 October retreat some of the women rented a car so they could go for sightseeings in Malaga. Lots of options for you to choose from.

NB: Please be aware that program can be altered if needed in time schedule and Yoga workout. But you will be notified.
